Here’s a variety that I found in one of MiauMall’s Nakama Noodles subscription boxes! These boxes are discontinued, however you can find their stuff at MiauMall – here is what they said about this one – “We’re dreaming of a white Christmas with this tasty cup of ramen! This cup is a fun twist on the Sichuan-style Tan Tan ramen with soy milk that adds amazing creaminess. But don’t worry! You’ll still get that classic Tan Tan kick from Sichuan-style spices and chili oil!”
This sounds interesting – I remember there was a range of Nissin ‘White’ products – the white/black products are popular in Japan – Burger King had an all black burger and I believe a white one too. Let’s give this a try.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion and sesame seed. Noodle is your standard Cup Noodle style – thin, flat, soft. Broth is impressively thick with notes of peanut and a little spicy oil. Very creamy. Bits of veg are nice. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4902105283899.
