Well it’s my Friday so thought I’d do a few good ones today and this is one. Shoyu Demae Ramen sounded like a good pick, so here we go!
Nissin Demae Ramen Soy Sauce – Germany
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle for 3 minutes in 500ml water. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chashu, narutomaki, egg, sesame seed, S&B Umami Garlic Crisp, scallion. Noodle has a very nice tooth for a friend instant I like a lot – nice engorged noodle isn’t extremely soft. The broth is a salty and tasty soy flavor – leaving towards a beef. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars.
