We’re getting to the end of these Singaporre collabs – here’s the bowl version of their salted egg mala, which I previously tried in pack form. Let’s give it a try!

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, fill to line with boiling water and cover 3 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Fiunally, stir and enjoy!

A sachet of seasoning base powder seasoning.

A sachet of garnish.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added sesame seed and scallion. Noodle is light and almost fluffy. Flavor is a Sichuan pepper bump alongside that salted egg flavor which is just amazing. Liked this in the bowl version more than the pack version. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8888279300159.
