Wow – it feels like I’ve not done a review in a while. Turns out it’s been ten days. Anyways, I’ve got a ton of noodles in those ten days and they’re encroaching on my living space, so I’m back at it! First off will be this one! Let’s go!
Choi Sriracha Ramen Noodle Soup Original – United States
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free, but check for yourself. To prepare, add in sachet contents, fill to line with boiling water and cover 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

A sachet of soup base powder seasoning.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, scallion, sesame seed. Noodle hydrated well with a nice chew. The broth is indeed spicy with a very bright tanginess. All in all, an enjoyable cup. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 780707102794.
