PLN Food Co. Ltd. Vegetable With Noodle – Taiwan
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil sauce sachet for 5 1/2 minutes. Next, boil noodles for about a minute. Drain. Add in vegetable sauce sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added tomato. marinated egg, sesame seed, coriander, spring onion, and pepper flake. The noodle has a very premium feel to it – good chew and a nice gauge. The vegetables that were included were nice – large pieces of mushroom, broccoli, and others. It kind of reminded me of the American-Chinese staple of broccoli beef, however without the beef.
