Finished (click to enlarge). Added Lao Gan Ma Spicy Chili Crisp, egg, narutomaki, chashu, sesame seed, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, and spring onion. The noodles had a sponginess, however they really lent themselves well to the broth. It has a nice thickness to it and beyond the standard tonkotsu flavor, an almost chowdery and/or chickenny kind of comfort hit that spoke volumes. Delightful. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars.
