I’m going to go with 3 minutes and give it a look and if that’s not enough to hydrate the rice noodles, 5 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added shrimp, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, coriander, and pepper flake. The ho fan was just perfect after 5 minutes steeping time. Really great mouthfeel to it.
