Finished (click to enlarge). Noodles hydrated well enough and weren’t soggy or spongy. The broth had a definite miso taste to it which was pretty good. Lots of garnish here which of course is really welcome, but potato isn’t exactly what I found to be a great pairing. Interesting but kind of meh. 3.0 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4901734033608.
