Kind of looks like a brain shaped lump of noodles today!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, hard boiled egg, and baked chicken. The noodles were good here – a little more of a chew and they seem to have a serrated edge; something I don’t know if I’ve seen before but thought I may have seen in the previous cups by this manufacturer.
