Well it’s Saturday and time to start the second half of the advent calendar. Today’s my daughter Mimi’s birthday party so I’ll have to get going here. This is the teriyaki Soba pack version as opposed to the cup I did prior. Let’s cook it up!
Nissin Soba Teriyaki Flavor – Germany
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to contain chicken but check for yourself. To prepare, boil 250ml water in a saucepan and cook noodle and dry sachet 3 minutes. Add in sauce . Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chashu, mayonnaise, sesame seed, scallion, narutomaki, and shichimi. Noodle is well suited to a yakisoba. Flavor is that of a teriyaki which is sweet and savory.
