I started doing these last Monday and now it’s a new week with day number eight. So far so good – I think it’ll get a little tricky once we get towards my daughter’s birthday but the train will go throughout I tell ya! Got some extreme weather for this area coming up this week. Time to cook!
Nissin Soba Teriyaki Flavor – Germany
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). I think it has chicken but check for yourself. To prepare, fill to line with boiling water and cover 3 minutes. Use lid to drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, chashu, scallion, mayonnaise, shichimi, and sesame seed. Noodle has a nice gauge and hydrated well. The teriyaki flavor is a bit acidic. I think a little sweeter would’ve made me happier, but it still is good. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 5997523313159.
