Marutai Hiyashi Chuka Soba – Japan
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Unsure if it contains meat – check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle for 4 minutes and drain/rinse with cold water. Put back in pan and add 60ml cold water and sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Sesame seed?
Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, sesame seed, turkey lunch meat. chili oil, narutomaki, and Momofuku Chili Crunch. Noodle came out well, a little stiffer from the cold. The sauce was very light and left me wanting more flavor. The sesame seed included along with bits of seaweed were a nice touch. 3.25 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4902702010973.
