This is the last of the Nissin x Irvins I had and honestly I’m sad to se them go – figured I’d save the bowl version of my favorite for the the end! Let’s give it a go and a fond farewell from me.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, sesame seed, fishball, and scallion. Noodle is light and fluffy – just right. The flavor is a rich and punchy salted egg.
