After reviewing the three pack versions, we now will look at the bowls. These are a little different as the come with ganish and the packs didn’t. Let’s see how it goes.

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare add in garnish and boiling water to fill line for 3 minutes. Add in oil and dry sachet and stir. Finally, top with egg crumble and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, sesame seed, and scallion. Noodle is light and fluffy, a little scallion garnish, and a nice salted egg flavor and those tasty egg crumbs. The spicy in this one seemed different from the pack at first, but I just needed to give it a little more stirring. I just wish the heat didn’t obfuscate the salted egg.
