Du Du Non-Fried Instant Rice Noodles – Thailand
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains pork. To prepare, put noodle and seasoning powder into a bowl. Add 400ml boiling water and cover 5~7 minutes. Add fried shallot, chili paste and meat. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added marinated egg, sliced chashu, coriander, crushed red pepper, and black sesame seed. Rice noodles hydrated nicely and had a unique chewiness to them. Broth was pretty good – had an interesteding spicy pork hit to it, but an almost tea-like back. Fried shallot garnish was nice. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8857124179127.
