I really love Taiwan. I have been through Taiwan a couple times and visited a couple times. If you’ve never been, go. That’s all I have to say on the matter. It’s a neat place with so many different things going on. Let’s try this one!

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add pacckage contents to 400ml boiling water and cook 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, blackk pepper, egg, and chili flake. The noodles had a very light tooth to them and soaked up the broth.
