Today, we come to the end of our Mr. Noodle journey with a black vinegar variety. Black vinegar tends to give foods a kind of tart or sour hit – one I immensely enjoy. Let’s bid farewell to Mr. Noodle Meet The Manufacturer.
Mr. Noodle Black Vinegar With Spicy Taste – Taiwan
Here’s the back of the package (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add noodles to 1000ml boiling water and cook 5~6 minutes. Drain. Add 30~40ml water and sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added fried onion and black pepper. The noodles are excellent – not too soft, not too chewy. The flavor seemed a little muted – I did get the black vinegar but that was about it. The subtlety was kind of lost on me. 2.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4713106500058.
