Green Tom Yum? Hey, this is something unique and new to me! I wonder what the story is on this… Let’s find out from Red Chef:
‘Green Tom Yum Noodles brings in the unique flavors of kaffir lime leaves and mixes in with our unique formulation that gives you that instant distinctive Tom Yum sour taste followed by a full body of flavor, ending with a tingly spiciness at the end. We name this product Green Tom Yum because the soup itself is naturally green, with the use of natural green ingredients such as green chillis, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, lime, etc.’
I’ve had green curry quite a bit but never green tom yum – let’s give it a go!
