Here’s another one – the second of three varieties from Meimen of Taiwan for this Meet The Manufacturer series. As mentioned previously, all of these are Vegan-friendly. I should also mention – I really like the artwork on these! Let’s take a look at this soy bean paste variety.
Meimen Noodles With Soy Bean Paste – Taiwan
Detail of the outer package (click to enlarge). Note: This is a four pack. States that it is Vegan-friendly on the packaging. To prepare, add noodles and sachet contents to a bowl and add 500ml boiling water. Cover for 6~7 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

The broth left me wanting more; I did get the soy bean paste flavor, just wish it would have been stronger. The included vegetable and tofu were excellent. 3.25 out of 5.0 stars.
