Ajinomoto Oyakata Souy Sauce Ramen – Poland

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add everything to 450ml boiling water and cover 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, narutomaki, pepper thread, chashu, sesame seed, and scallion. Noodle had a nice chew – worthy. The broth? If blindfolded, I’d be shocked if I said shoyu. It’s not bad, yet it doesn’t seem like a shoyu – in fact. it seems to lean more towards a miso than the variety I review 2 days ago. 3.25 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 5901384503772.
