Like Wai Wai, Soaltee is another is another range from CG. But what does it mean? I looked it up on Google and found this –
“Soaltee” (also spelled “Solti”) is a Nepali term, often used informally to address someone as a friend or acquaintance, particularly someone considered a close companion or someone you’d address as a brother-in-law’s brother. It can also be used to refer to a cousin, specifically a male cousin or the sister’s husband’s brother. In some ethnic groups, it may also refer to a sister-in-law’s sister or brother.
Okay that makes sense for a product name. Let’s try this chicken variety!

CG Soaltee Instant Noodles Chicken Soup Base – Nepal

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle for 3 minutes in 280ml water. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

An instant noodle block.

A sachet of soup base powder seasoning.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chicken, crushed red pepper, and coriander. Noodle has a slightly thicker nature and a gummy outer layer I enjoyed. The broth has a savory chicken and onion broth, which is nicer as it has an onion oil component. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8901741001801.
