Thanks going out to James from Lakeside, California! The last couple of these cup have been meats flavored but this one sounds pretty good – they’re made in Vietnam so they might to tom yum some justice? We shall see. Let’s give it a try!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added fishball, scallion, and crushed red pepper. Noodle is really bouncy and chewy – very impressed. The broth is a spicy and tom yum like melange with a creaminess I liked. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars.
