Had a great time for my daughter’s birthday party yesterday, did a bunch of stuff afterwards, then my wife and I stayed up watching YouTube until almost 4am. It’s noon now so I’m kinda behind my usual workflow, but it’s Sunday so no big deal. Anyways, let’s cook this up – I’m very curious how this will be! Let’s cook.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added sesame seed. Noodle came out nicely – good gauge and chew – hydrated well. The flavor is a kind of pad thai flavor I’ve found before. Its subtle – not extreme on the saltiness, and interesting. The amount of vegetable is very nice. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 5997523313494.
