I got an enormous box of new samples from Nissin Foods Singapore – and it’s taking over my living room! I like salted egg and I believe Irwin’s maked some chips/crisps with salted egg flavor – a pretty apt pairing here, Let’s give it a go!

Finished (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle 2~3 minutes and drain. Addin sachet contents.Finally, stir, top with egg crumbs, and enjoy!

Little eggy bits!
Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg with a little garlic salt, chashu, sesame seed, and scallion. Noodle texture is very nice in this one – wide and flat. The flavor is salted egg with a bump of heat and little eggy bits. I think I’ll enjoy this more without the spicy. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars.
