My daughter had her birthday party yesterday at Chuck E Cheese. A nice part of that is therre’s an Indian grocery next door called Apna Bazarr – found this after the party. Let’s give it a try!
Patanjali Atta Noodles Chatpata – India
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil 225ml water and add a sachet of base and a noodle block broken in 4 pieces. Cook for 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion and crushed red pepper. Noodle is soft with a very hearty kind of tooth. The flavor is spicy and incredibly savory.
