Finished (click to enlarge). Added roast beef, spring onion, and sesame seed. The noodles had a definite kind of heartiness to them. As far as the broth and its flavor, I didn’t exactly get the braised beef I would have expected. I expected a little sweetness with that title. What I got I did enjoy though – kind of like a stew with what I felt like tasted of perhaps kidney beans. Plus, there was a cavalcade of veggie in there which is pleasing to me.
