Lemon chicken sounds good! This isn’t one I’ve seen a lot of. Lemon usually isn’t a pairing with instant noodle flavor profiles. Uniqueness! Hooray! Sure, there’s lemongrass, but this is different. Unique varieties pique my interest – let’s delve into this one.

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add everything to a bowl and add 400ml boiling water. Cover for 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added baked chicken, basil, coriander, chabe sambal,sesame seed, and chili flake. The noodles were thin – and plentiful. Broth was nice – a definite lemon and savory flavor. Bits of TVP were in there – at least I’m pretty sure that’s what they were. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8934663101038.
