I’ve got this wasabi yakisoba and then another one – I think I’ll do the other one tomorrow, so you’ll probably see it in two days. Let’s check this one out!
Sapporo Ichiban Double Wasabi Yakisoba – Japan
Detail of the outer wrap (click to enlarge). Unsure but most likely contains meat – check for yourself. To prepare, add boiling water to fill line and cover 3 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added mayonnaise, kizami shoga, spring onion, shichimi, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, and chili flake. Noodle has a light fluff to them which was nice. Flavor was definitely far from double wasabi – it was tasty, however that name seems like it would entail a very strong flavor which is did not possess. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars.
