I wanted to get something next morning on Amazon and I needed to get $25 of stuff. This was a quick fix for that – not very expensive and I’ve not tried it in years. Asian Pantry via Gemini had this to say about this style – ‘Nagahama yatai ramen is a style of Fukuoka street food (yatai) featuring thin, fast-cooking noodles in a rich, cloudy pork bone (tonkotsu) broth, originating in the 1950s for fish market workers.
