
Another from James of Lakeside, California – thanks again! Manchurian tyle in India in a combo of Indian and Chinese, usually fried veg and meat and noodles from what I gather. Sounds interesting – let’s cook!
Ching’s Secret Machurian Instant Noodles – India

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add a noodle block and seasoning sachet to 250ml boiling water and cook 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added sauteed chicken, basil, crushed red pepper, and sesame seed. Noodle came out nice – good gauge and chew. The flavor is a little foreign to me; I’ve never had ‘chicken Manchurian’ – if that’s a dish even. It’s spicy and has a depth of spices to it – very strong.
