I recently did a series of the Mr. Lee’s UK varieties – and now I’m doing a series of the ones now available in the United States! This one looks like the Laksa from the UK, but they’re calling it curry. Is it different? Let’s find out!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Dodo fishball, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, coriander, chili flake, and egg. Rice noodles hydrate very well and still retain a little chewiness. The broth has a great thickness and flavor – stew like. The included chicken and vegetables are freeze dried and retain a lot of the fresh flavor they started out with.
