The noodle block.
A wet sachet from the top of the lid.
Lots of little granules and other bits from the cup.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added soft egg, green onions, and chashu pork. Noodles were a little thicker which worked well although I wasn’t sure it would at first. Broth has a nice oiliness and rich flavor – spiciness is slight and heartiness in the forefront. Small bits of mince were present throughout which was welcome as well as small square slices of meat. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4902881417389.
