Finished (click to enlarge). Added Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, soft egg, barbecue pork, scallions, sesame seeds, and pepper flake. The noodles came out alright, but I think this one would be better served steeping for 4 minutes instead. A nice kimchi and tonkotsu flavor.
