#2057: Nissin RapiFideo Sabor a Chile y Limon

Here’s another one sent to me by Colin from the eastern US – thanks again man! He went to Mexico and picked up a slew of different varieties to send my way. It still boggles my mind that with Mexico so close, it’s been so hard for me to get Mexican instant noodles. Let’s have a look!

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, remove lid and add 275ml water. Microwave at 1000W for 3 minutes. Let sit for 1 additional minute. Stir and enjoy!

Here’s some of the uncooked noodles from the cup – they’re short and pre-seasoned.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added cilantro. The noodles are short and can be eaten with a spoon. These are like the Nissin Cucharealo tomato variant that was in the USA for a while. The broth is a thin with a nice tomato flavor with light spiciness and a smack of citrus. Not bad! 3.75 out of 5.0 stars.  EAN bar code 7503020651021.
