Finished (click to enlarge). Added squid, spring onion, and fried garlic. Noodles hydrated well and had a decent chewiness. Flavor was strong – a little salty and a nice spiciness to it. Still, river snail has this fascinating pungency to it – I don’t know whether I like it or not. However, It is interesting and kept me wanting to try more. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars.
