The Ramen Rater’s Chili Crisp Roundup & Buyer’s Guide – Updated

The Ramen Rater's Chili Crisp Roundup & Buyer's Guide

A couple of years ago, I found out about Lao Gan Ma Spicy Chili Crisp.  A crunch, oil, and a little spiciness. I dubbed it ‘Love Sludge’ – it was so good that I evangelized it to all my friends. These are $4.99 each. The only reason I got one is because we love this brand’s Korean BBQ sauce. I’m guessing there’s a good chance this will be pretty good. Let’s chek it out and see if it warrants this price tag. ...see full post
