A neat thing recently is how my son who has been incredibly inflexible on foods he would try now is interested in noodles. Albeit only dry varieties as he’s not into soup whatsoever, it’s quite a departure for him and really nice to see. He actually ate a pack of Indomie on two occasions recently for dinner! The thing we do is exclude the fried onion – it’s all about texture for him and those wonderful little bits would kill it for him still. I think he’ll get there one of these days though.
