#4630: NoodleMix 3 Flavors In 1 Noodle - Taiwan

This one seems a little different. So, it says 3 flavors in 1 noodle. There are three types of noodles and 1 flavor – I think that was the deal. It looks like I didn’t get the feedback for this review when I did it awhile back.

I’ve been reviewing instant noodles since 2002, doing episodes of Instant Noodle Recipe Time, The Chocolate Break with my wife, Professional Mukbang, Unboxing Time With The Ramen Rater and more. Right now, we’re in a pretty crummy financial situation and hoping that some of the fans will be able to help out – a lot of bills, loss of some resources, and ongoing illness have all contributed to being a perfect storm which is very hard. Big thank you to all who have already!! Please check the link here for details – thank you.

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle for 5~6 minutes, then 30 seconds with lid on. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Three different styles of noodles – today, I’ll be doing the dry noodle on the lower left side.

A sachet of liquid sauce.

A sachet of solid ingredients.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, pork, scallion, crushed red pepper, and sesame seed. This one was rather confusing to me as to the preparation and I think I may have gotten it wrong – but it was impressive. Noodle came out quite nicely. When I opened the sachet of what I though were dry herbs, I was currect – except for the fact it appeared they were in a tea bag style container. I made a broth using it and a cup of water which worked well. The flavor is really nice – like a savory black pepper. . 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.   EAN bar code 4711216201131.
