Nongshim Shin Ramyun – Japan

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains chicken and pork. To prepare, add boiling water to fill line and cover for 3 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chashu, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, hard oiled egg, spring onion and shichimi togarashi. The noodles came out slightly spongy. They’re thick and soak up a lot of the broth’s flavor, which is a plus. The broth has a spicy heat and a slightly bitter back to it.
