
Been a little time since I’ve reviewed any Taiwanese dry noodle! This is a first as well as Moom Moon Food has earned Michelin Bib Gourmand awards. The packaging looks very unique – but hte proof is in the tasting. I’m ready to cook.

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add noodle to 1000ml boiling water and cook 5~7 minutes. Drain and add sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, scallion, chashu, pepper thread. Noodle was indicated for 6~8 minutes. After 7, they’re perfect. Thick, chewy and wonderful.
