The broth is salty with a nice light vegetable flavor and a little heat, and there’s a decent amount of veggies. I’m giving this one a 2.75 out of 5.0 stars. It’s okay but doesn’t have much of the citrus flavor I’m used to with a tom yum and just doesn’t captivate me.
So here’s something new – Royal Umbrella. A cup noodle from Thailand – Tom Yum isn’t a surprise as far as the flavor.
I like how the lid says ‘please do not little.’
Chili paste; like Sriracha or a sambal.
Quite a lot of things going on here – veggies and the paste and some little shrimps.
