I started doing these last Monday and now it’s a new week with day number eight. So far so good – I think it’ll get a little tricky once we get towards my daughter’s birthday but the train will go throughout I tell ya! Got some extreme weather for this area coming up this week. Time to cook!
Nissin has factories all over the world – even one in Germany! This is one of the varieties manufactured there. Soba is a type of noodles. Yakisoba is that noodle being fried (there’s yakiudon as well). These cups are really neat – let’s pop it open and look inside!
