This one is the second level of the Hot Ones bowls trifecta from A-Sha. Really love the noodles in the bowls- non-fried and work really well. Let’s see how hot this sucker is!

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, remove lid and add in sachet contents and water to fill line. Microwave 3 minutes and let stand an additional minute. Add in the spicy sachet to your liking. Finally, stir an d enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chashu, scallion, and sesame seed. I really like these noodles – steeped or microwaved. As far as the broth’s flavor, I didn’t really get a strong flavor other than spicy from this one that was kind of surprising. I guess chock it up to that I’ve tried so many A-Sha products I’ve really liked – has to be one eventually I dislike. 1.0 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 193937001483.
