WARNING LABEL! Says it must not be used as a sauce, but only as an ingredient! One teaspoon to a gallon of sauce makes the sauce extreme!  Made of Natural Pepper Extract, Red Savina Habanero, Cayenne Chilies and Vinegar - One of my collection's showpieces. NOT RATED / 0g

This bottle was cracked and given to me as a free sample from www.sanjuanhotshop.com.
I used latex gloves and paper towels to transport it from bubble wrap to the box - my nasal passages were burning by the time I got it set up on the shelf!

After Death

Got this one as part of a little set of oddities on eBay. Although unopened, I believe this one's quite a few years old - I know they do still make this kind though.  It contains Red + Orange Habaneros, Vinegar, Fresh Cayenne, Smashed Garlic, Chipotle, Pepper Extract, Lime Juice, herbs and spices.  As far as I can tell, this one definitely belongs in this category! 08.17.2004

Capsaicin Oleoresin
[ ? ]
As you can see by the pictures, it doesn't have a pretty label or an interesting bottle.  This stuff is just straight pure Capsaicin Oleoresin.  The little vial contains 1/32 of a Dram.  It's supposed to be 10-12 MILLION SCOVILLE UNITS! They said I should dip the TIP of a toothpick in it and then swish it in a cup of lukewarm water, stick a sppon in and take a sip.  At 10 Million SCU, itll be pretty hot I bet.  Gonna wait till we got some weirdos over to test this one! Yeah this stuff burns real good - tried it mixed with other sauce to cool it down but too much for me! / 0g

A couple friends were over when I tried this one.  Has an eye dropper and i put a couple drops on my finger and tried it.  Since it's capsaicin in a vegetable oil suspension, the flavor's nothin to write home about.  Of course it's quite hot, but I'd say Dave's Insanity is easily just as hot if not hotter. . 500,000 Scoville Units hot! / 0g

You Can't Handle
This Hot Sauce
My friend Zak got this one for me.  Don't know the age on this bottle so going to leave it sealed.  Has some very odd ingredients: Red Wine Vinegar, Healthy Unsulphured Molasses, Onion, American Garlic, Jalapeno Pepper, Oleoresin Capsicum, Cinnamon, Clove and Herbs.  Another strange thing was this seems to be a numbered bottle - number 271079.
