Portugal | Found this one on eBay. It's a small packet of peppers and what ya do is put them with 1/4 liter of olive oil in a jar, stir it up and put it in a dark cupboard for a week. I haven't tried it out yet but will probably try marinating some chicken with it. | NOT RATED | 04.13.2004 |

Mediterranean? | A mediterranean style hot sauce. Research on exactly where it's from stop dead at the website as you can see if you click the link. It's pretty tasty stuff though - thick oily crunchy and a nice hit of jalapeno. | ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Italian United States | It's some pretty good stuff - has quite a italian-y flavor to it. But the aftertaste is kind of strange and just leaves a dull burn. Of course, habaneros burn for a while, but it just seems a little off to me with the italian flavor. Leaves me in a bit of a quandry... | ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Bulgaria | There's a little european shop in Everett next to the Liquidation World on Broadway that sells this stuff. Breaks down like this: it's a cross between a salsa and a spaghetti sauce, is full of carrots and heat and is all around awesome stuff. Very multi purpose. Best use I've found is dipping bread into it. Scrumptious! | ![]() ![]() ![]() |
