#1898: Master Kong Spicy Fish Noodle

I’ve had what I believe to be  the pack variety of this before. Was pretty good! Let’s see how this bowl version fares.

The distributor’s label (click to eblarge)). Contains fish powder.

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). To prepare, add in sachets and boiling water to fill line. Let steep covered for 4 minutes. Stir and enjoy!

Detail of the lid (click to enlarge).

An included fork!

The noodle block.

A dry soup base sachet.

Powder with vegetables and peppers.

A paste sachet.

Thick and oily.

Looks like a spicy liquid sachet.

Has a kind of spicy peanut scent.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added kamaboko, narutomaki, crab stick, white onion, fishball and crab claw fishcake. The noodles were a little on the soggy side, but not too bad. The broth has a kind of lemon and sichuan chilli flavor to it – not bad as well. The peas or beans that came with it did not hydrate in the time allotted and were terrible. 3.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6920208934263.

Here’s Master Kong’s Braised Beef big cup – this is excellent stuff!
