Here’s one that my friend Scott A. sent me – thanks again! Been a long time since I’ve had any of the Chukazanmai varieties – fancy shmancy stuff – let’s check this one out!

Has a very soy scent.
Finished (click image to enlarge). Added sauteed pork and Walla Walla sweet onion and garnished with Urashima Vegetable Furikake and green onions. The noodles and luxuriant and have a very good feel and chew. They are high quality and reminiscent of fresh ramen noodles.
