Here’s just a little of the veggies from the bottom of the bowl.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added some stir fry veggies, some baked chicken with Tony Chachere’s Creole seasoning, a fried egg with Krazy Mixed Up Salt and some kizami shoga (pickled ginger). The noodles are nice – light and buttery with a nice width. The broth is interesting; it is spicy but not burn your face off spicy and has a nice chicken flavor with some hints of cumin.
