#614: Fuku Superior Soup Instant Rice Noodle

Here’s one my sister got when she was up in Canada earlier this year! Let’s see how they fare.

Here’s the back of the package (click image to enlarge)…

Two packets – powder and oil.

Rice noodles and the seasonings sit in the covered bowl for a few minutes with 500mL of boiling water.

The noodles were a bummer – they’re that kind of rice noodle that are this and kind of the texture of shredded Asiago cheese. The soup however is really tasty. I had a different Fuku a few months back and liked it – but it was the noodles that I didn’t like in this one. 2.5 out of 5.0 stars. Get it here.

In Japanese, Fuku means happiness – and I always thought it was a way to get people out of your face!

Fuku Burger eh?? This sounds awesome! Happy burger!!!
