I’m pretty sure I found this one at HMart a few months back but to be honest I can’t remember. This one is a fancy variety of jjamppong. Here’s a little something from Wikipedia –
Jjamppong (짬뽕) is a Korean spicy noodle soup part of Korean Chinese cuisine. Its broth is flavoured with seafood, garlic and gochugaru (red pepper powder).[1] It contains assorted vegetables such as onions, bell peppers and Cloud ear fungus, and the noodles are made from wheat flour.[2]
Usually these have a nice seafood taste and I toss a ton of seafood in there. Let’s see if I like the bowl version better than the pack.

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains fish and crustacea. To prepare, remove liquid sachets and add boiling water to fill line. Cover with liquid sachets on top for 3 1/2 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added carved squid, 36-44ct shrimp, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, spring onion and Busan fishcake. The noodles had a very good chew to them. Indeed they are the more flat and broad ones that the market has favored as of late. The broth is excellent. I really love the taste – like grilled seafood. I found the pack versiuon needing salt but this one was just perfect. Also a nice hit of oiliness and spiciness. Excellent! 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8809296883340.
